Now you can enjoy the benefits of four-stroke technology in a lightweight portable outboard motor. 
     
    The BF 5 is equipped with all the essential safety and protective features, such as an oil pressure indicator, start-in-gear prevention, a Forward-Neutral-Reverse gear system, an emergency stop switch, and more. The transistorized ignition ensures optimal engine performance, delivering smooth torque even at low speeds. Its underwater exhaust minimizes noise both during operation and when stationary. 
     
    Like all other members of Honda's outboard family, the BF 5 is highly economical to maintain and operate. You’ll likely get thirsty before your Honda outboard motor does during an exciting day on the water. 
     
    This motor offers a unique opportunity to experience the undeniable advantages of low-to-mid power engines with significantly higher displacement, giving you solid low-end torque capable of moving even heavier vessels.
